“A personal service - to be greeted by staff who know your name, put at ease and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'd have loved to have stayed for a coffee (which was offered) but the staff recognised I was in a hurry and arranged my courtesy car (a brand-new XF) and had me on my way in no time. I was asked what time I would like my car ready for, but due to work commitments this would be at the end of the day. I was telephoned during the day and advised that the service was complete, with no issues and my car was ready for collection. I was greeted at the dealership by the workshop manager who took the time to talk to me about my car and compliment me on how it was being maintained. The reception staff are particularly good. Emily is always calm and smiling. You are greeted by name and always asked if you would like a tea or coffee, no matter how busy either of them are.
